Warranty & Returns
All custom builds are covered against workmanship defects for a period of 24 months, from the date of receiving your watch. Although very rare, if I’ve made a mistake, I’ll make sure to make it right. This does not cover any, physical damage, water damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse of any kind. I stand by my watches and I'm always here to help to ensure you have an amazing purchase experience.
Yes, love it or your money back! You may return your watch within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If there is no mechanical defect, you may be required to pay for the return postage. Please note, if the watch has any damage, there may be a fee commensurate to the loss in value of the watch.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping within the US and Canada takes about 2-5 business days.
Shipments internationally generally arrive in 1.5-3 weeks for Europe, UK, and Australia.
For all other countries, it generally arrives in about 2-5 weeks.
All shipments are fully tracked for your convenience and peace of mind.
Shipping within the United States and Canada is FREE.
International shipping is at a discounted flat rate of $19.90 USD.
